By purchasing or using UniCheese products, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms.

We reserve the right to update these terms when necessary. Updated terms become effective once published.

Compatibility and Updates
UniCheese uses security measures that may intentionally block or interfere with certain DNS modifiers, IP modifiers, VPNs, proxies, DPI bypasses, traffic filters, or similar tools.

We do not guarantee compatibility with third-party software that modifies, redirects, filters, or bypasses network traffic. Compatibility with such software may change following security updates.

UniCheese may receive security, loader, game compatibility, and anti-abuse updates. Updates may temporarily affect compatibility with certain configurations or third-party software. Temporary downtime, maintenance, or waiting for an update does not automatically qualify for a refund (unless stated).



Support

Customers must contact support before requesting a refund or opening a payment dispute. Support may require relevant information such as:
• Order/transaction information
• Error messages
• Screenshots or recordings
• Logs
• System information
• Relevant third-party software
• Troubleshooting steps already attempted Support can be reached by opening a ticket in ⁠💻support-ticket

Refusing reasonable troubleshooting may result in a refund request being denied.



Refunds

Refunds are not automatically provided after a key has been delivered, activated, or used.
Refunds may be considered at our discretion if there is a verified product-side defect that prevents the product from functioning and cannot reasonably be resolved.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any mandatory statutory consumer rights that apply by law. Refunds are generally not provided for issues caused by:
• Customer configuration or system changes
• Unsupported hardware/software
• Third-party software
• VPNs or proxies
• DPI bypasses
• DNS or IP modifiers
• Network/traffic modification tools
• Virtual machines or unsupported environments
• Failure to follow instructions
• Third-party platform restrictions or bans

Customers are responsible for checking compatibility before purchasing.



Keys and Payment Disputes
Keys may not be shared, resold, leaked, cracked, reverse engineered, redistributed, or used to bypass license/security restrictions. Violations may result in key termination and loss of support without refund, subject to applicable law.

Customers must contact support before opening a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or payment claim. If a payment dispute is opened after the product was delivered/used without first allowing support to investigate, we may provide relevant transaction, delivery, and support evidence to the payment provider.



Refund Requests
Refund requests must include a clear explanation of the issue and sufficient information for investigation.

Requests may be denied where the issue is caused by the customer's setup, third-party software, unsupported environments, temporary maintenance, refusal to troubleshoot, or a violation of these terms.

Any refund granted outside this policy is discretionary and does not create a precedent.
